1. A new home, while our original home remains active
First, I want to reassure everyone that BizInsider on Substack is NOT shutting down.

3. How do existing members move to the new platform?
The process is simple. You do not need to purchase a new membership or register for a new plan.
Visit https://bizinsider.co/ and use the same email address you previously registered with on BizInsider Substack. Follow the platform’s sign-in instructions to access your account.
Your existing membership will be mapped to its equivalent new tier:
Old Free → New Free: Continue enjoying the benefits of Free membership.
Old Paid ($8/month or $80/year) → New Plus: Receive your existing applicable benefits plus 4 KnowLay courses, 2 Plus articles per week, and Career Insights.
Old Loyal Fan ($150/year) → New Pro: Enjoy all Plus benefits, plus 12 KnowLay courses, 1 Pro article per week, AI Career Assistant, BizInsider AI Assistant, and a 3% discount on eligible J&P public programs.
Your existing membership is recognized, with more value added.
4. A special 20% welcome-home appreciation offer!
To thank our existing members for their continued trust and support, we are introducing an automatic 20% discount during the first month of our migration campaign, applicable to eligible existing membership renewals or upgrades under the transition offer.

However, all existing Loyal Fan members will retain their current live webinar access through December 31, 2026.

On Sunday, October 25, 2026, I will host a live Zoom session open to all BizInsider members to explain the platform upgrade, membership changes, new features, and how to make the most of the new experience.
