1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using bizinsider.co and its language editions (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. About the Site

BizInsider is a business newsletter on operational excellence, strategy and mindset. The Site is a reading mirror of the BizInsider publication on Substack, offered in Vietnamese and English. It lets you:

• Read free articles and previews of paid articles
• Browse by section and author
• Listen to podcast episodes
• Search the archive

Memberships for paid content can be bought on the Site by card (processed by Stripe), with PayPal, or by VietQR bank transfer (processed by SePay). Subscriptions bought on Substack remain governed by Substack's own terms and privacy policy.

3. Paid Content

Some articles are for paid members only. Without a membership you can read the preview of those articles. To read the full text, choose a plan on the Pricing page.

Prices are set in US dollars; bank transfers are charged in Vietnamese dong at the rate shown at checkout. Card (Stripe) and PayPal memberships renew automatically at the end of each period until you turn renewal off in your profile or the billing portal; you keep access until the period ends. A bank transfer pays for one period and does not renew: we email a reminder before it ends. Discount codes apply only on the terms shown at checkout. Refunds follow the Refund Policy below.

No Refund Policy

• Once a payment is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy is strictly enforced due to the instantaneous delivery of knowledge, data, and AI-driven insights, which, once accessed, cannot be revoked or returned.
• By processing a payment, users explicitly acknowledge and consent to this no refund policy. This agreement becomes binding upon transaction completion. We urge all users to thoroughly review this policy prior to finalizing their payment.

• Despite the absence of refunds, our commitment to delivering the highest quality of service and ensuring user satisfaction remains unwavering. You may read the content, and share links and short quotations with attribution and a link back to the original article. You may not, without written permission:

• Republish, translate or redistribute articles in full or in substantial part
• Sell, license or commercially exploit the content
• Use the content to train machine learning or AI models
• Remove copyright notices or attribution

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl or copy the Site at a volume or rate that harms its operation, other than ordinary search engine indexing
• Attempt to bypass the paywall or access content you are not entitled to
• Probe, disrupt or attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure
• Use the Site for unlawful purposes

We may block access to anyone who breaks these rules.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the BizInsider publisher's place of residence, without regard to conflict of law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply.
