How the benefits work
What each benefit means in practice, and when it starts.
KnowLay courses
Each paid plan includes a set number of KnowLay courses from the yearly topic catalog, not all-access. The team sets them up after you pay, and courses you bought separately are kept.
Articles by tier
Each plan reads its own articles and those of every plan below it. Free readers get the public articles.
BizInsider AI
Ask questions answered from BizInsider posts. Included from Pro, with a usage allowance per 5-hour window and per month. Executive gets 2x Pro, Loyal Fan 5x and Elite 10x.
J&P offers
From Pro, public John&Partners programs come at a member discount, up to a yearly cap.
Elite sessions
Six webinars and four group coaching sessions a year with DBA John Ngo, one hour each, plus an Executive Talent Profile and an ESS review application.
Elite only
Prices in USD. Pay by card with Stripe, with PayPal, or by VietQR bank transfer in VND.
